What it does:
DHC’s Eye and Lip Makeup Remover gently wipes away stubborn, pigment-rich makeup, while simultaneously softening and soothing the skin. It’s developed with an effective oil-water formulation infused with cork tree bark and vitamin E to calm and condition the complexion.

Shake well. Apply to cotton and gently wipe away eye and lip makeup.
