Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $75!
Receive free standard shipping with a minimum purchase of $75.00 or more! Offer is valid on Forever 21 merchandise only and excludes all third-party Brands. Additional shipping fees may apply on third-party Brands. Minimum purchase must be met in a single transaction, after any applicable discounts, before taxes, and any applicable shipping fees. Eligible customers must select Standard Shipping during checkout in order to receive free standard shipping. Offer excludes the purchase of gift cards unless the gift card is included in a purchase that includes Forever 21 merchandise totaling $75.00 or more before taxes, after any applicable discounts. Not valid on international shipments or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. No adjustments on previous purchases. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Offer is nontransferable and is not redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Forever 21 reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
Shipping Fees: Third Party Brands
Forever 21 offers standard ground shipping calculated on combined product weight on all orders. Purchase amount is calculated after all coupons and discounts have been applied, and before tax is added.

Shipping Surcharges
An oversized item surcharge of $35 to $55 may apply to heavy or bulky items due to size, weight or special handling requirements. This item surcharge is in addition to shipping rates and is not included in shipping promotions.
Shipping Times
"Business days" mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. Order processing begins immediately. Delays may be caused due to a problem processing your payment or may need additional verification. We will notify you via email if we are unable to process your payment.
Shipping Methods
Your order may be shipped from different locations and may arrive separately and on different days. When your items are ready for shipment, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package. We reserve the right to ship all or part of your order by an alternate shipper due to weight and size. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped. This may result in multiple charges to your account and shall not affect the total cost of your order. Additionally, if an item is not available, we will cancel it from your order and notify you via email. Items that are not shipped will be refunded back to the original payment method.
Certain items and items subject to a shipping surcharge cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.
Orders over $500 may require signature upon delivery. Please check tracking information on shipping carrier's website for signature requirement details.
Payment
Your card will be charged as soon as the order is submitted.
Restrictions On Air Shipping
Certain items are considered restricted items by the U.S. Department of Transportation, for example aerosols, pressurized spray cans, alcohol-based products, hairspray, nail polish, nail polish remover, shaving cream, etc. Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, these items are required to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. These items are not eligible for Express Shipping.
Gift Cards
To provide a secure and safe shopping experience, we reserve the right to cancel gift card purchase orders. We will notify you via email if your order is cancelled.
Gift Boxes & Gift Wrap
We currently do not offer gift boxes or gift wrapping.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to current regulations, we cannot ship orders to APO/FPO or to any U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands). With the exception of certain items or items with shipping surcharge such as furniture, mattress, suitcase, etc., BrandX can ship most items to a P.O. Box. At this time, we cannot accommodate multiple delivery addresses. If you need us to ship to multiple addresses, then create a separate order for each shipping address.
Federal air safety regulations prevent the shipment of hazardous, aerosol and alcohol-based items such as hairspray, nail polish, nail polish remover, shaving cream, items containing a lithium battery, etc. via Express 2-Day air delivery. Due to these restrictions, the U.S. Department of Transportation requires these items to be shipped Economy or Standard Shipping only.
Additionally, certain items may not be eligible for Express Shipping either due to their size or weight. Some examples of such items are rugs, mattress, furniture, etc.

Currently, we ship only to all 50 states of the U.S.
