When will my order be ready for pickup

You will receive an e-mail notification when you order is ready to pick-up in store, normally the same or next business day.

Can I track my package?

No, but you will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed and will be notified via e-mail again once your package is ready for pick.

Who can I contact if I do not receive a confirmation email for pickup?

If you have not received your “ready for pick-up” email within 2 days from the date your order has been placed, please contact Customer Service.

How long will you hold my order for pickup?
We will hold your order for 2 days once we’ve sent you a pick-up confirmation e-mail and will then send you a final pick-up e-mail. If the order has not been picked up after 2 days, your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.
Where do I go in the store to pick up my order?

The store will have a designated pick-up area near the register. Curbside pick-up is also available in select locations. Look at your pick-up confirmation email for more information.

Is there a certain time I can pick-up my order once it’s ready?

Pick-up is Monday – Friday, from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Who can pick up my order?

For your protection, only the recipient listed on the package is authorized to pick up the order. You will need to provide a valid photo ID along with your order number at the time of pickup.

Is there anything I need to bring when I pick-up my order?

Bring your email confirmation with order number, along with a government-issued photo ID such as:

  • Driver's License
  • Passport
  • Military ID
When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged for your order once you receive your e-mail notification that your order is ready for pick-up.

What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered?

Purchases made are valid for refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the fulfillment date. Please refer to the current return policy for details.

Is same day pick-up available?

We currently don’t offer guaranteed same day pick-up, but if placed early enough in the day you might get lucky!|
