When will my order be ready for pickup

Orders can take 5-7 business days to get to the store. You will receive a “ready for pick-up” email once your order is available for pickup.

Can I track my package?

In addition to your order confirmation, you will receive an email notification once your order has shipped and another email once it has arrived in store and is available for pickup.

Who can I contact if I do not receive a confirmation email for pickup?

If you have not received your “ready for pickup” confirmation email within 8 days from the date your order has shipped, please contact Customer Service.

How long will you hold my order for pickup?

We will hold your order in store for 10 days from when your order is ready for pickup. If it is not picked up after 10 days, your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.

You can extend your pickup window by 1 day by contacting your pickup store. You must do this before the end of your initial 10-day pickup time window.

Where do I go in the store to pick up my order?

The store will have a designated pickup area near the registers. Please see an associate for details.

Who can pick up my order?

For your protection, only the recipient listed on the package is authorized to pick up the order. You will need to provide a valid photo ID along with your order number at the time of pickup.

What do I need to do to pick up my order?

Bring your email confirmation with order number, along with a government-issued photo ID such as:

  • Passport
  • Military ID
When will I be charged for my order?

Your account will be billed when your order is shipped.

What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered?

Online purchases made through forever21.com are valid for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail. Items returned in store will receive store credit. Please refer to the current return policy for details.
