This kit is composed of two face cups, two eye cups, antioxidant-rich sunflower seed oil, and a heart-shaped exfoliating brush. The deluxe-sized sunflower seed oil is a multiuse - hair, skin, and scalp- essential oil that helps the cups glide smoothly on the skin. It's rich in vitamin E, and has beneficial anti-aging properties such as regenerating cells, evening skin tone, restoring skins natural glow, and neutralizing free radicals. The exfoliating brush is composed of soft silicone bristles, for a hypo-allergenic and gentle cleaning. These bristles are fairly resistant to bacteria build-up, and provides a deep cleansing while removing dead skin cells. Cleanse face with silicone brush

Apply facial oil or lubricant for smooth and easy glide for the cup(s)

Squeeze the cup on both sides, apply to skin and release to create suction. Work on one side at a time. Repeat three-to-five times

Complete by applying your favorite serum and/or cream
