The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases placed on our website.
  1. The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.forever21.com
  2. Non-Returnable: All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, pierced jewellery and undergarments are final unless subject to distance selling or other applicable regulations. Non-Returnable items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
  3. Sale Merchandise: Sale merchandise purchases may be cancelled within 14 days of the order or returned, as described below, within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations.
  4. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned at Forever 21 stores.
Returns are accepted within 28 days from the order date.

If any item, other than Non-Returnable merchandise, purchased at www.forever21.com fails to meet your expectations:
  1. It may be returned to any Forever 21 store located in the country the original purchase was made for an exchange or refund by original method of payment; or
  2. It may be returned by mail to the address below for a refund.
  3. All items will be inspected on return.
For Return of Online Purchases :
  1. For orders placed on or after 15/04/2014: Your package will include an order invoice, a return form and 2 pre-printed return labels: a UPS return label and a Royal Mail return label. You can choose to return your items through UPS Access Points using the UPS return label or to return them through your local post office using the Royal Mail return label. To find your nearest UPS Access Point, please click here and enter your postal code.
    For orders placed before 15/04/2014: Your package will include an order invoice, a return form and a pre-printed Royal mail return label. You can returns items through your local post office using the Royal Mail return label.
  2. Complete the Online Return Form by listing the return reason code and return quantity. Please indicate the items you are returning by placing a check mark in the Return box.
  3. Enclose the completed return form in return package. Retain your original order invoice for your records. Pack and seal your return items securely (in the original package if possible). Affix enclosed pre-printed Merchandise Return Label to the outside of your return package. Please return your parcel via Royal Mail using the returns label provided. Please obtain proof of postage from Royal Mail.
  4. Please note that you must use one of the pre-printed prepaid return labels included in your order to ensure proper returns and timely refund.
  5. Please contact customer services for any additional queries.

  6. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Returns for Online Purchases At Our Stores :
  1. Your original invoice must be presented at the time of return or exchange. Returns and Exchanges can be made at any Forever21 store located in the country where the original purchase was made. The country where the original purchase was made is the country that appears in the billing address of the original invoice.
  2. For purchases made with credit cards and debit cards, if returned to stores, refund will be made to the original form of payment.
  3. For purchases made with PayPal account, if returned to stores, refund will be made in the form of store credit.
  4. For returns subject to Distance Selling Regulations, stores are currently unable to refund shipping charges, if original order incurred shipping charge. To get your shipping charge back, please return the items to the EU Distribution Center.
Returns on Online Purchases Made with Gift Card, E-Gift Certificate or Store Credit Card :

Credit/reversal of charges can only be made to the exact Gift Card, E-Gift Certificate or Store Credit Card used to make original purchase. Please retain the Gift Card, E-Gift Certificate and/or Store Credit Card after online purchase for returns and future purchases.
