- When your order has left our warehouse and is shipped to your delivery destination, you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Check the delivery times in the table to know when your order will arrive.
- Track your order: Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and click on Orders to get the tracking number for your order.
- Please note that an order can be delivered to a neighbor, in case a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Delivery to a neighbor is upon judgment of the driver. You will be notified of the delivery to an alternate address.
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes and certain postcodes is currently not available. Click here to see the list of excluded postcodes.
